"I have two children and during my second pregnancy, I had the opportunity to meet with KC and Kelsey through my OB office. I experienced postpartum anxiety after my first baby and hoped for a better experience the second time around. We met both in person and over video conference and both were easy to schedule and incredibly helpful. Their sessions offered a way for me to be proactive and talk through the support I may require following delivery. Their expertise assisted me in identifying necessary conversations to be had in preparation for the postpartum period and empowered me to express my needs effectively. Their guidance served as a great addition to my existing support system. KC and Kelsey were both relatable and nonjudgmental and made me feel extremely comfortable during our meetings.
